There’s a rule in the kitchen, garlic is almost always the very last thing you add because of how easy it can burn. She deep fried it for like 10 minutes

(Edit: the "last" ingredient can mean the final dry ingredient as well as the final ingredient overall. Recipes are typically split between dry and wet ingredients, but not all are.)
