A bit more information about medsky. The aircraft that is registered in Malta is operated by a maltese company Malta Medair, the subsidiary of Air Malta. They also fly to Malta. My cosuin flew with them in the summer from Malta to libya he said they weren't bad and was also offered drinks and snacks on such a short flight. Medsky is a libyan airline as they also have one aircraft registered in Libya. They are a new airline and are aimed to mainly connect libyans to the rest of europe and the world, especially with flying to FCO now

I'm a Turkish national who spent years in Libya this video is very special for me!
So about your video, I want to mention that, the crew is possibly very well aware of flight safety after landing. The passengers especially Libyans have this habit of showing who is the bravest to collect their luggage and leave the plane first. I believe the crew just wanted to keep calm to avoid any issues with the passengers. They wouldn't listen anyway. I have witnessed that for over 20 years, and it's all the same for Libyan Airlines, Buraq Air, Air One Nine, Afriqiyah etc.
