I'd highly recommend these pickups. Lindy Fralin makes top notch stuff. The Vintage Hots that I have or the Blues Specials are some of the best pickups I've ever heard. You can't go wrong!

Thanks, it is a parts strat that I put together. It has an alder body and maple/rosewood neck. The pickups are from Lindy Fralin.

I'm not sure how much they are. They're fairly pricey as far as pickups go, but I think they sound better than Duncans. Check out his website.

@rrgert4 - I agree, the enclosure, knob placement, and switch are the biggest drawbacks from these pedals.

oh nice... I have a MIM alder body strat that could use new pickups. I'm going to make it HSS (is SSS today), do you recommend these pickups?

how much are they? just bought a hot rail in the bridge and will probably get vintage and cool for neck/mid to make my strat very versatile :p
