Lol. In Toronto it can be cold enough to SNOW a lot from late September to late APRIL! And it doesn’t just land and melt. It’s stays. OR it can be warm in the middle of January. Like, outside rn as I am writing this it’s a rainstorm but a week ago it was -28.

I wear shorts bare legged in the winter because I like the cold&snow melting on my bare legs and it feels refreshing to me.
