So glad you're still in the Z world! Your build has been an inspiration of mine for years now and after 3 S30's over the last decade I now have built my own RB26 240Z. This will hopefully be my forever Z. It currently needs body work but the drivetrain is there and it is ludicriously fast at 400whp. I don't know how you are wrangling in that 600whp.

Can you explain the reasoning & spec for the position for the inter-cooler and the other small radiator? and what was the spec of the main radiator?
