I live in Jacksonville. If my tax dollars aren’t being used for the curbside recycling pickup, then how about a refund? It’s ridiculous how this whole debacle has been handled. It’s been over 3 months now. The mayor has failed big time on this

Instead of fixing the recycling pickup problem, they just moved it to the parks. What did they do with the money?

Why is it so hard to breakdown a damn box? My city sent out a notice saying that if boxes weren't broken down, the bins will not be emptied. Folks complied real quick.
