I woke up this morning with the intention of sometimes “you just need to eat an entire cucumber” because your videos have me craving something that I’ve never even tried before!! oooo my mom makes a wonderful cucumber soup.... before you chop up your cucumber slices make sure you heavily salt them front and back and lay them out to properly drain... you'll want to remove some of the water. it's the same if you were cooking eggplant, remember to salt and drain the fruit.... once you've drained the liquid make sure to squeeze and rinse the cucumber slices. you don't want them to be ridiculously salty afterall.... O uO then go ahead with the rest of your recipe! (plus the cucumbers are already salted so you wont need to add too much more to the soup) <3 HAPPY CUCUMBER SOUPING!
