Jericho should be the one to put Bucks, Omega, hangman and Punk In the same room and give them a talking to. This man has been everywhere and seen everything, if there is one person that should be leading all the meetings and talking to the locker room it is him and if anyone doesn’t want to listen to him and think they know it all, they are the ones that need to go. Whether they are main event guys, middle card guys or lower card guys.

Feel like Jericho is just trying to have fun in his time in aew. I’m sure he’s respected and respects everyone. He’s right, this stuff would never ever happen in wwe. It’s a whole culture they’ve created. I can only imagine this is all frustrating for him. He’s done such a solid job helping new young talent elevate in the company. I wish he had more power in the company to take control of the roster but I’d seriously doubt he wants that burden.

He’s been in indie locker room, Japan locker rooms, ECW/WCW/WWE locker rooms. He even said it himself if this was wwe none of this bullshit would go public. Say all you want about Vince but Tony’s a bitch that’s not gonna stand up to someone without papers to sue that person. Vince would fucking fight anybody and wouldn’t take shit from nobody.

As a former employee of AEW (Social Media side) Jericho was ALWAYS a leader to not just the locker room but to the company as a whole. I can't speak to the current locker room. But, when I was there from 2019 to 2021 the vibe was always welcoming and with people like Jericho, Malenko, Jerry Lynn, etc etc. It did truly feel like a (lack of a better word) family.
