Duck & hen shed should be above fish pond on pillars so their waste would be the food of fish.
In agriculture you should add flower & medicinal plants also.

This is an era of integrated farming... the pigeon and poutry farm can get over the fish pond very easily... the fishes will get to eat what they excrete and the pond water will also be saved from the direct sunlight during afternoon...

Add few mud cottages so visitors can stay nd enjoy healthy life style in others you can develop it as eco tourism.
Keep 1 or 2 horses to ride your guest.
Vermi compost unit should be near buffalo or cow shed so dung transport labour can be minimise.
