So Rainbow Six Siege has alot of different relationships between operators, and one of them is between both Vigil and Mozzie.. with Vigil stating on multiple occasions that he has a heavy disliking towards Mozzie, even threatening him. So that begs the question, why do these 2 Ghosteyes operators hate eachother so much!?!?

In Mozzie's video with gridlock, you can see that Mozzie isn't that patient...he wants action...
I could see that someone like Vigil who prefers to rest hidden/stay unseen that he would dislike someone with such
an over the top energetic personality like Mozzie...
like Vigil knows the risks, he knows that people will die (either him or his enemies) and he dislikes how Mozzie sees everything like some kind of a game/adrenaline rush?

How Mozzie made it onto Ghosteyes is beyond me, he’s the exact opposite of what they stand for outside of intel. Also I want to see more interactions between operators within the game, an example being these two having arguments like what is talked about here.

It's actually pretty simple.

Mozzie is the kind of guy that dosen't shut up and thinks everything is just a big game, until someone gets seriously hurt or even killed. He is in a CTU, he has a big responsibility but behaves like a teen on too much hormones. We also see that Mozzie dosen't calculate risks in the Stadium Cinematic. He just stands up and starts blasting as soon as he sees enemies, gets shot in return AND on top of that gets Doc "killed".

He dosen't behave like someone who safes and protects people from terrrorist actions, he behaves like someone who played to much CoD and somehow was put into a CTU. Vigil wears a mask to hide his identity, Mozzie "hides" his face by wearing a big ass Motocross helmet, putting his last name on his chest and talks openly about his family...

Mozzie is probably the kind of guy Vigil hates the most in his profession. He is loud, probably the first one to get killed because of sheer ignorance and he puts his own Team in danger with his behavior.

That dosen't mean that Mozzie is unskilled or unftting for his job, it's just that he dosen't take his profession serious enough and is prone to errors because of that. The thing is that his profession dosen't allow rough mistakes, because every mistake means that someone might or will die.

I think it has something else with personality. Now this is major well known lore, but Gridlock is a strong but silent type girl. When she speaks, she chooses her words carefully. Then there's Mozzie, the guy who just doesn't know when to shut up. He's just got to talk and talk and talk. Now Vigil is no strong silent type guy, but he probably was with Mozzie in a training exercise and his constant jabbering drove him nuts, and as others has pointed out, his energy as well.
