That was a question I wondered reading this comic. How could Nokk be recognized? Rainbow is a large organization with operations around the world at any given time. So it would be logical that some operators simply never crossed paths. They may have heard about them or seen a picture, but didn't develop a level of intimate knowledge to pick one operator out of a lineup. It also got me to think, what if some like Ela or Finka just flat out lied, claiming to not know Nokk. Nighthaven wouldn't have access to their former service records with Rainbow. Who is to expose them as a liar?

I think the reason he said he didn’t recognize her is bc he’s a spy for team rainbow telling them Info while on the inside and wanted to keep nøkks identity a secret and whereabouts unknown

here is what it is. nook is a secret op. even in the filres most of her info is redacted or of a security clerance.. she isnt advertised and isnt talked about. she probably got her orders directly and didnt mingle, talk to other ops, or hang around base

yea i agree its def because pulse just didnt know Nokk that well and didnt want to throw wild accusation, for all he knows rainbow might not even be responsible because the uniform that Nokk is wearing is a real uniform wore by the danish frogman squad

It is very plausable that Nokk actually doesn't hang around the base, if you look at the comic where Grim finds her after tracking her down, she's at her home not in the base.

I feel like Nokk is an operator doesn't hang around in Hereford or Greece but gets called up when they need her.. That is why she's not well known by the other operators.
