For some reason my Windows starts doing shortcuts every time I press a letter key. It’s annoying. For example I’m playing a game and I press c and it starts cortana or w and it tells me if I want to screenshot. I press WIN+G and it sometimes gets fixed but sometimes it just doesn’t.

Change key request and disable all.

You have to Double Click the Menu List.
Mine was a bit different. But I was able to find the final steps by fumbling around a bit.
