Tony Anderson - The Way Home

Показать описание
Tony Anderson is an American born composer for film and television. Tony was born in 1986 in Fort Lauderdale Florida among a family of 7.
Musically, he failed as a classical pianist - not able to sustain the pace of lessons and study. Influenced by the birth of house music and electronica, Tony began experimenting with digital sequencing in 1999 when given a family computer. His love and fascination in sequencing birthed sounds which caught the attention of independent filmmakers in the midwest United States where Anderson was attending university. The electronic and orchestral blend of Tony's sound (influenced by composers such as Hans Zimmer, Harry Gregson-Williams and Hybrid) led to the scoring of many independent films which has allowed him to learn the emotional complexities of film composing. Today, Tony works in his studio (based in Lexington, KY) and continues to write music for independent films, advertisements, television shows and other media.
His sound can be described as a delicate and emotive blend of electrocinema; a modern approach to moving viewers in moments of subtlety.

That's an incredible picture for this song. Sometimes that boy looks like he's on a beach. Other days he looks like he's on a farm. And yet other days he looks like he's in a wasteland after a tornado. It depends on my mood.

This is such a powerful song.
It especially gave me strength to be able to close a sad period in my life.
It sounds like someone who has been sick for a long time relapses and comes out of the misery again and again.
Until he has finally overcome his illness.
And can start living again!

"Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day ;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light".

This little boy reminds me of myself when I was a boy...
I remember that I always walked with sadness...
After all, I am not lost in sadness, and this magical music always reminds me of boldness in Christ because of His faith (RATHER THAN MINE):
ἐν ᾧ ἔχομεν τὴν παρρησίαν καὶ τὴν προσαγωγὴν ἐν πεποιθήσει, διὰ τῆς πίστεως αὐτοῦ. Eph 3:12
Greetings & thanks from Germany!

I was honored to be raised on an island. This sound reminds me of heading home over the dunes adjacent to the ocean, trying to out run an approaching storm, and just making the front stoop as the storm arrives, mother looking worried while awaiting her three rambunctious sons to come home. I really love your music. This song brings back memories long filed away, memories of the heaven on earth upon which i was raised.
