"I'm building a DIY low-cost jig to drill accurate holes in an MFT for a mobile workbench I made from leftover plywood at work. I want precise holes for a cut station in my garage to test the project before buying wood. After researching online, I considered a CNC template with a router or the Parf Guide system. The Parf Guide seems better due to the 3-4-5 method for squaring, though drilling holes can be less precise if the jig isn’t secure. My plan is to combine the 3-4-5 method with a router for hole-making. I’ve been experimenting for a week, using a laser-cut jig and a router to test accuracy. My horizontal holes, spaced 96 mm center-to-center, are spot-on across three rails. I’ll post photos for feedback and use the 3-4-5 method to align the next rows."
