I love seeing professional artist's old work. Seeing how much they've grown helps me, an art hobbyist, not feel so down when I struggle with a piece. And I learn a lot from seeing their mistakes, especially when they point them out and explain how to fix them, because they know now lol Drawfee (they're artists, not animators, but they talk about their processes a lot) have shown their old art for videos, and it's always a fun time. Especially their kid art--even though it's not "good, " they remember how much fun they had, and how they experimented with different ideas, and how they weren't worried about the result--they just wanted to draw. And that's really valuable to remember when you're a more experienced creative--the passion that got you hooked in the first place.
