Like say, you want to create a button you can click once and it will do a "net stop "program-x"" for you. Would it be able to be created without having to direct it to a file first, and opening that file or executable?

Hi would like to ask im currently trying to program a simple screen capture. the flow is like this.
1. I added two command buttons which Capture and Save button.
2. Once i click the Capture i want to add another button which Save or edit
3. Which is if i click the Edit it will automatically open the Paint and the screen that I have capture will be there.

now my question is i dont how to program or what code will be using to open the paint at the same time it will contain the screen that i have captured.
