Ithink it should be : fseek(fp, -1, SEEK_END);
printf("%d", ftell(fp));

Which will give 22 as the number of characters

At last it should be 22 right cause ftell(fp, 0, SEEK_END) will take the cursor on(not after) the last character, so it should tell the position of cursor 22 then why it's 23?
