What Happened to Mike Posner?

2009 was a great year for music, so many new exciting careers were starting to come into the spotlight and when I look back that’s personally one of my go to years for some pop music nostalgia. But of course as every year in music, 2009 built up momentum for some bubbling artists that would explode and we’d never hear from them again. Mike Posner was one of them, what happened to him? find out.

So mike posner went to the same elementary, middle and high school as I did and his parents live in the same neighborhood as I and all around Southfield and the metro Detroit area we love posner and all he’s accomplished. The man has been through a lot but has always kept his hometown close to him. He shot a music video at the said schools and even went to the high school 5 years ago and gave out free ‘at night alone’ CDs to the students at the school. He’s a great dude couldn’t be happier to see this video and someone acknowledging him.

He seems like the kind of rare artist that could just produce on the down low and drop a hit for the radio every few years on his own. Seems like that suits him better than stardom. Plus his voice is so unique you know him right when you hear him.

kinda sad you didn't mention mansionz, his book, or any of his significant small projects he did. I follow him and keep up with him a lot and I honestly feel like he's become a shadow in the music world but he's really great. The man deserves some more love
