They should make raze deal even more damage on successive casts like shadow poison but way way way less slow on the first 2 stacks. Give it a zero casting time but a 0.25sec delay.

More skill expression and the ability to entirely shut down the opposing laner and even enemy team with a big enough skill gap. We need to encourage more Miracle style games where one guy who outskills the entire enemy team can roflstomp them and no amount of strategy can bridge such a huge skill gap.
