As a Turkish person its a pretty good menemen but I need make some adjustments to give more info about the dish. There is no cheese on the original menemen, there is a conversation about putting onions on it for decades now but I think onion definiteşy should be a part of it, lastly the sucuk you using is different than ours our sucuk more like pepperoni. Turkish food is one of the best in the world and if you find it anywhere you should definitely try it. Much love from Türkiye🇹🇷

I’d say that my country’s breakfast doesn’t nearly get enough love as shakshouka, tho this wasn’t a traditional way. U don’t use butter, spices, sucuk or that sort of cheese. Honestly it doesn’t matter, thanks for trying it!!! ❤❤❤
