Being a Builder\Contractor, it seems like the concrete contractor could sue you for slander. He has proof you used Photoshop to make it appear it had cracks when in fact it didn't. That is bold face slander and could effect their business.

Our 34x40 slab, in indiana was $8, 480. The whole top of it chipped off, same as what your seeing. So I could stamp it to look like wood like I wanted, so we put a greenhouse on it, and they did another slab fir free to put a metal barn on.
