For the 1st time ever, I heard an indian politician speaking logically about Bangladesh. Thank you Mr. S Jaishankar. 🇧🇩

🇧🇩 First, stop disrespecting your neighbour. Second, stop interfering into their politics. Finally, support the people, not a specific party to get unfair advantage.

Surprisingly, India out of Afghanistan, out of Nepal, out of Myanmar, out of Srilanka, out of Maldives and now out of Bangladesh.
Their only slogan for last few years has been
Baagh ramu baagh

You need to seek equal and fair relations with your neighbors.

It’s easy to say that all our neighbors are becoming radicalized, but the truth is India and Modi needs to acknowledge that they’re at fault as well. As the Hindi phrase goes, “Ek hatse taali nahi bajti”

India’s support for Sheikh Hasina, including her seeking refuge in Delhi, has sent a negative message to many Bangladeshis. This situation suggests that India may need to reconsider its foreign policy towards Bangladesh to avoid becoming isolated with strained relations. If a person is disliked by all their neighbors, it might indicate that the issue lies with the individual rather than the neighbors.

Thanks Mr. Joysanker !!
Your comment on Bangladesh is valuable and hundred person truth, Bangladesh and India highly dependent each other. We can break relationship with friend, s country, but can't change neighbors country, this is reality of our two nations.

If you try to exploit then this was going to happened now or soon...you should have made a friendly relationship rather than dominating one on our country Bangladesh...
Most of the Bangladesh used to love India..but because of the involvement of India in most of our countries decision, exploiting us economically, taking products from us with free tax or low tax whereas when it comes to sell goods to our country the tax is much higher...use our country for transportation to 7 sister whereas not giving us permission to use transportation from your country for doing bussiness with Nepal ..then taking our mongla port completely...you cannot expect anything from a country by taking the country's govt only but not considering the nation whole

Moral of the Story is "India is Good, neighbors are bad". India should change their foreign policy. They work with people to people, not specific political parties.

India is our only neighbour, we are surrounded by this vast land. We, people of Bangladesh, seek good relations with India. Don't mix up Bangladesh with Pakistan.

If Bangladesh was India’s colony in Hasina rule as people say in Bangladesh then why they had good relations with China…they didn’t let us use their ports for NE but when we were trying to use Sittwe port then Bangladesh gov. made some offer…..I think Hasina was doing best for Bangladesh interest in foreign policy ….she was maintaining good relations with both china and India……As of Internal politics Bangladeshi parties have always been acting like enemies they should have made democracy strong despite of blaming India and asking why India didn’t intervene when Hasina was doing bad…..

Neighboring nations are "dependent on each other" he said, does not reflect at all the attitude of India Govt showed towards Bangladesh for last few decades. Now, suddenly the tone is getting changed., so ridiculous!
