well.. these are shoes so they are made to roll down hallways and walk faster when you are about to miss the schoolbus or something

The reason these appeal to me is that they're easily transportable and smaller than regular roller skates. I figure skate but probably will never learn to do any tricks on roller skating (too scared of falling lol). But I'd love to get a pair of roller skates so I can get around campus quicker. They seem small enough to pack into a suitcase and travel around with. I wonder if they'd be good enough for that?

These seem actually pretty good! I ordered a pair I'm just waiting for it to arrive. I don't want a super amazing pair of skates because I'm just going to use them to get to school in a fun way. It's just easier than bringing my actual skates to school lol.

Good thing to remember the moving parts have to be oiled or they will get stuck from dry friction. Over time the oil will disappear comes from factory oiled. The shoes need to be maintained

I had these when I was 10 before heelys even existed and no one cared, then heelys blew up like 4 years later, now these are back lmao. Rad full circle right there. I can't remember what they were called, though! Lol

The reason I want them is because I’m always late, so it’s more useful for getting somewhere slightly faster. I don’t think they’re made to replace actual roller skates 😂

Yeah.. when i first saw it on tiktok it just looked extremely cheaply made. It reminds me of those plastic shoes with bad ass quality and knock off. 😅

If I'd be able to redesign this, i'd put the front wheels more up front. Even though i don't have them, i always feel like I would fall face first on the ground since the space between the front wheels and your toes is quite big 😅

I had something like this when I was around 8 years old. It was super fun to roam around the mall/nearby streets with these. It was super easy!

The little girl skating in the background with her dad, was gold. I love seeing how popular skating has become in the past 2+ years, I hope this "trend" doesn't die out any time soon and it becomes just as "normal" as skateboarding and BMX now is. Remember when skateboarding wasn't as mundane and reserved for the rebels, but now Tony Alva is 60 and Tony hawk 50 and everyone has at least made an attempt to stand on a board. I cant wait for the leading Gals (because they are killing the game) and Gents to be 60 and everyone has "at least made an attempt...".

Great idea, but the front wheels look like they're set too far back. I can see your foot tipping forwards. Probably only good for a bit of regular straight skating around!

I love the idea for these, but practically, they seem like a death trap lol!!
