I tested tiktok shop's blind date with a book... IS IT WORTH IT?

In this video I tested tiktok shop and bought a blind date with a book! It was actually so much fun and felt a little like Christmas unboxing all these books! I feel like the idea is there and if you get a good deal it's totally worth it, howeverrrr it might be more fun doing something similar with family/friends! What do you think?

i've always wanted to try a blind date with a book but i'm always so worried i'll already own the book and then also most of the stores in nyc put their worst selling books as the blind dates so i'm also worried i wouldn't enjoy them 😭 but buying them online seems safer considering that they look at your goodreads that's so smart! and it's sooo much cheaper here than in person bookstores! i love this review i might have to try this!!

Love the video & I love the idea of a blind date with a book but get scared of getting a book I wouldn't like haha!
When you pulled out reckless and were questioning whether you had it or not, I saw it on your shelf in the back. 😅I was squinting real hard trying to match up the spine of book on your shelf with the one in your hand haha

This was such a fun video! I've got a blind date with a book before and it was so exciting, like Christmas ahha 😆 I think I prefer when you buy them in shops though, because they usually have tags on with some of the themes/tropes and you can pick something that's a bit more tailored to you!
