4. What mass of olive oil will be needed to fill a 100 mL measuring cup? The density of olive oil is 0.93 g/mL.
A toy soldier mold having a volume of 5.4 cm3 is to be filled with molten lead (density = 11.9 g/cm3). What is the mass of the soldier after it is created?
Step 1: Use Density as a conversion factor
Step 2: Round the answer and write the units.
Watch my other videos if you are confused about the different rounding rules using addition/subtraction versus multiplication/division.
Thanks for watching! =D
