When a guy like this has you in the ground you need to play a tight safe game. Just hold onto him..dont even try to advance position or get up because you're just gonna make a mistake and leave something out there for them to grab onto. Hold on unto the ref intervenes or the round is over

Once the arm is extended it can’t be pulled out. The legs pushing on the body prevents bending the elbow so it’s pretty doomed once it’s locked.
