If you get chased or harassed by someone like the guy in The Red Truck, the best reaction to indecent exposure is to laugh. They want you afraid or disgusted. It gives them a power trip. Every story I've heard about flashers that a woman pointed and laughed made them ashamed and run off with their "tail between their legs" so to speak.
