Other commenters are correct: the bag needs a smoother, higher quality zipper and a way to hold the hook in place (as in the roll-up bag from Brunello Cuccinelli).

I absolutely love this! I don't remember how I found the website but was so bummed it was sold out last month. I randomly check up again just today and now this video! I think it's seriously such a practical functional awesome travel bag! I only hope there is a female garment bag...or one in the future. Worst zipper I've ever experienced. With minimal pressure the zipper separates. Don't buy it.
