As an integral member of the Seattle Seahawks Legion of Boom, Kam was a hard hitting strong safety that tormented NFL offenses throughout his career. Drafted 133rd overall in the 5th round of the 2010 NFL Draft, Kam has certainly outperformed his draft stock. After an early retirement, Kam Chancellor will go down in Seahawks lore as one of their greatest players of all time.

An underrated part of Kam's game was his coverage skills. I've literally watched every NFL game he played in and saw him make plays all over the field. Kam was the last Strong Safety the Hawks had that could cover well. Judging by what I've seen from Jamal Adams so far I suspect this will be the case for many more years.

He was the greatest enforcer of his era. You can't find stats on intimidating the opponent. One of Seattle's cornerbacks said any argument he has with a wide receiver immediately end when Kam comes over. How many safeties have put multiple offensive linemen on stretchers?

IMO he was as impactful as Earl. Yea earl got lots of picks but Kam played in the box against the run and was good in coverage. Hope he makes it, one of my favorites
