I always had the same routine too. I know it was just for high school but still. I had a full hour routine and did very specific things all at specific times. Anything messed me up and I would play terrible. Really weird how it works honestly. All mental.

me and my goalie used to have a pre game ritual of listening to this one song on my old ipod on the bench. Everytime we did this we won, so it became a thing.
