The Surface Duo2 is surprisingly durable. I dropped my Duo 2, but was able to return it to Best Buy and got a replacement. I've since bought two Pen covers and modified one to fit the back. It still doesn't protect the device 100%, but it adds as much protection a device could have and still be able to use it in the way it was meant to be used.

since duo 1 came out i've always liked the idea of a single screen version as apposed to all the tall skinny products today, a shorter but wider screen sounds great for fat thumbs.

they sell these refurbed for $800, you paid $400, still a decent price, but not huge. Also microsoft has horrible support, they charge $600 to swap it out and they will not cover it under warranty if there is a crack in the cover. the battery could catch on fire and they would say, it's because you dropped it.

If u have att insurance just do a claim and get u a brand new one sent in the mail
