TIBCO Jaspersoft: Configuring JasperReports Server to use ONLY HTTPS/SSL (in Tomcat)

This video demonstrates how an administrator can configure the JasperReports Server application to ONLY accept SSL (HTTPS) connections, and not HTTP. Tomcat is used as the application server for this use case (Tomcat is the most popular application server used with JasperReports Server).

In this video, an unsigned keystore, generated by the "keytool" Java command-line utility, is used. However, the same configuration process can be followed with a signed keystore from any valid source.
