Beneath every forest and wood there is a complex underground web of roots, fungi and bacteria helping to connect trees and plants to one another.

This subterranean social network, nearly 500 million years old, has become known as the "wood wide web".

Now, an international study has produced the first global map of the "mycorrhizal fungi networks" dominating this secretive world.

People are always discovering amazing new things about what God has made which show how wonderful and wise He is. None of this could happen by accident or chance. Thank You Jesus!

Meg kéne tanulnom angolul. Erről hallottam, v olvastam, h kommunikálnak egymással a növények, és tápanyagot is küldenek "fiaiknak"...

It's the impact of humans that's why they behave altruistically.

Very interesting. Although I find it problematic the way they almost personify trees, claiming they "talk". As if trees are sentient consciousness creatures who are truly altruistic. When as far as we can tell they are cold dark machines following a biological algorithm that aids genetic survival.
