This performance has everything. Joel is incredible, Joan is insane on the bari2, the trombones were out of sight, piano solo was A plus, the tenors and Alto were incredible and Andrea’s voice and charm is always top notch .... AND the incredible bass player held it all together. Totally adorable face to boot. A Grammy prize for sure. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Back in the day I used to enjoy such a frenetic tempo but my right forearm would get really tight and tired. We didn't use amps and had to fill the dance hall with our instrument's volume. Magali has my sincere admiration for her playing, her stamina, and she keeps smiling.

What great musicians ... every one of them! A brilliant arrangement of this 1938 Ray Noble big-band classic! Maestro Chamorro deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for repeatedly bringing so much joy into this sorry, suffering world. Just look at his body of work here on YouTube alone. Everything is better with Joan Chamorro and the SAJB! Can't get enough. TY!
