I hate teaching dribbling if a trap is coming. But if u do dribble this what you do. And like u said whatever u do, never pick up the dribble. Personally I look to pass if I see a trap coming. That means someone is open but if no one is there to pass to, u have to dribble. Now also be careful about dribbling on the sideline. That is dangerous waters. It's like throwing a pass to the sidelines possible pick 6. And I teach to the team to not stand there jumping up and down. They must move to the player to give him an opportunity to pass out. The ideal person to do this is the obvious one if they're running man. If 2 people are on one that means someone is open. Great stuff Coach 👍🏾

When a help defense is coming, you have to change your direction or find the open teammates. 😄😄😄

Thanks! coach, got it, even in deep inside the paint I retreat my foot, automatically after the retreat the defense will bring their guard down to chase you, that's the time I attacked the rim again, defenseless...it's like hesitation.
