#19 (5:31) still 100% the fault of the red car driver. If it is too difficult to see at night they shouldn’t be driving. Two of our elderly relatives stopped driving at night well before they had an accident because they were having difficulty seeing (so I became their driver).

No such thing as right of way when you both switch lanes at nearly the same time. Driving experience should also tell you that you're in the other driver's blind spot, so just ease off the throttle a bit. No big deal.
