If we are concerned about emissions, which personally I'm not convinced on how much humans effect the climate, it should be a rule that a country that cuts an emission on their soil only for it to move to another country should not come off that countries books at all. there is serious manipulation and the media never reports on this cynical moving of emissions and still maintain that for example 'Britain has cuts emissions by shutting down it step industry' -- well OK .... but given that the demand for steel is still there - the only thing that Britain has done is move the emissions to India .... and then they wave the finger at India about emissions (not specifically Britain but just in this example -- ALL of them do this --- The US exports emissions to China - then waves the finger at China .... i'm amazed at how the media lets us down so badly on some news topics - it is as if they don't actually want us to know the truth or to expose the lies any more.
