Data engineering is one of the hottest jobs in the industry right now. Some say it's even sexier than data science. But what does it mean to be a data engineer? At Data Minded, we've been doing data engineering for almost 7 years now, and in this episode, our CTO, Pascal Knapen, and I will tackle this topic.

The manifesto is a set of principles that will make sure your projects will be delivered on time, empower your people, and ensure the stability of your products. This is based on our collective experience from all of our projects.

We will present our very own Data engineering Manifesto: A set of 10 guiding principles that we apply to each project we do. This manifesto is the result of almost 7 years of data engineering experience within Data Minded, serving dozens of clients in multiple industries using ever-changing technology stacks. And although the technology changed, the principles stay the same.
