How does Pulsar and Knative fit together? It seems to me that Knative depends on Kafka as source. I checked the Knative documentation and it seems it is not actively promoting its dependency on Pulsar. Is it because Pulsar itself already have a comprehensive eventing mechanism so Knative is not promoting its integration with Pulsar?
