The F150 5.0 single cab short bed is lighter than a Challenger v8.

It did exactly as I thought. Horsepower is close enough to forget it about it. The 5.0 in the f150 has more torque which combined with the 4wd launches quick but the lightweight Mustang is starts to reel in at the big end.
FYI, Ford (via Town and Country TV, YouTube channel) actually offers that same truck (brand new 705 hp 2023 f-150 single cab 4x4) with an installed Roush supercharger for $44, 998.

I was looking forward to seeing the 0-60 time. In fact, that’s an additional clip you guys should start incorporating into your videos. It’d be great seeing out of all of the vehicles you guys get, just how they perform from 0-60 before and after modifications have been applied.

In my 2018 I could press and hold the traction control button until the dash says advance track off, it's not needed in 4wd and you will get full power even when the tires slip a little.
Makes a huge difference.

I like my regular cab hemi ram in 4wd auto. With intake and exhaust it beats wrx and 328, on par with 335 and sti.

Wouldn't have been an effective commercial if they hadn't achieved the necessary results.. I doubt that the mods made to the F150 are limited to Hennessy induction upgrades.. as the truck rolled and shifted much quicker and harder than the Shelby.

Wait, he put it in 4x4!??! I know 4Hi allows you to use safely at a 60mph range.. but racing it with a hard launch with extra power from factory and cont. to go 80+ idk how i feel about that…
