The car goes into "turtle mode" and warns "Motor power is limited" at around 2:45 into the video. Drove the car directly to the local Nissan dealer without turning it off. The car did not generate any error codes.

I see your battery temp is very low. My 2013 Leaf was recently exposed to -20 wind chill for 2 days straight and got the same issue as you do. Hoping once temps come back above freezing turtle mode goes away.

Did you find a fix? Mine started doing this after my son ram the battery to near zero twice in the same day
