In Hasla, literally everywhere. There are some near the Drill Camp (in the forest next to Nuian's Nui). Near Galegarden, where you see the whatever pergolas/gates leading downhill. If I remember right, I think there were bunch of them too near the Cursed Village.

I always when to Jadegale, Hasla but most of the bamboo tree there are non-interactable, so need to hover ur mouse all over the forest to find the bamboo

West two crown north housing zone have it spawn . however I believe hasla is your best bet

hasla you need open tp to drill camp and go near the nui of the faction nuia 😃
