PSE has become more advanced than older versions of full PS.

I love the dark mode and bigger icons as I have trouble with my eyes as well I am so glad I upgraded to 2024.☺

Due to eyesight issues, I like the bigger icons in PSE and I would use both light and dark depending on what I do, but the dark side is easier for me to see at this time.

Personally I don’t like the lack of color. I have poor vision even with glasses, and the color helps me to be able to identify the tools easier, it to mention the size of all the icons being smaller is definitively an issue for me. I would not update to this. I really like some of the new features but I am still using version 15 and it works for me. Would love to have some of these new features but gosh at my age it’s so hard to relearn the program when they change where everything is located. I really enjoyed your preview, thanks for sharing.

This video is great, thanks for showing Photoshop Elements version 2024. I think I'm going to use the dark mode because it's more professional and it looks like its "big brother" Photoshop. I had tried version 2023 but I was wondering why there was no dark mode there... Fortunately it's here now. I hope it gets released soon on the Microsoft Store that now is still with version 2023.

Hi, thanks for a great video. I have a new MacBook Air with the M3 chip and was trying to find out how I stop the window from resizing when I am zooming in and out - on floating windows. Tried doing a search about this but have be unable to find a way to stop it. I like to have my window larger than my photo. Thanks for any help with this.

Does its performance change much in comparison to the older versions of Photoshop Elements?
I've been looking for an upgrade for a while now and searching for something I can both edit photos *AND* draw on.

Do you know if they brought back the "ctrl g" keyboard shortcut to create a clipping mask? I don't know why companies reduce functionality like that. My mom has a recent version that lost the "ctrl g" capability and she now has trouble creating clipping masks because of the precision clicking required in the layers panel. She has a tremor and the keyboard shortcut was so much easier and faster. Personally, I use "ctrl g" dozens of times in creating a layout, so I'm not sure I'll ever give up my PSE 13 version that I'm still happily using right now that still has the "ctrl g" functionality. Thanks for the informative video review!
