Candyfloss Chocolate - I can’t believe this works!

I was doubtful this would work (watch until the end to see the result)! Inspired by the viral angel hair chocolate I thought I’d attempt to make my own. Melt chocolate and fill half a mould, allow to set (pop in the freezer for a few minutes) then add a layer of candy floss (cotton candy for you Americans!) and top with more melted chocolate. Then freeze for around 20 minutes to set.
