BIGTREETECH SKR Pro V1.1 and TMC 2209 in UART mode

Here is the BIGTREETECH SKR Pro V1.1 and TMC 2209setup for UART mode, how to set the jumpers on the PINs below the TMC 2209 drivers.

I m having a problem with my heatbed. My skr pro card is attached to a ssr and to a silicon heatbed. The problem is, as soon as i turn on the card, the silicon bed starts to heat up. The connection between bed and the ssr is correct. The ssr is working properly because i used another ssr and still have same problem. The ssr is connected to the hotbed input on the card and the bedpower input is to the power supply. I even tried to get the bed power directly from the power supply but still have the same problem. I used a normal 12v heatbed on the card to check if the problem is on the card but it heats normally so the problem is the connection i think. Do you have any suggestions to my problem?

I have placed uart jumper on every position on the board and TMC2209 in the x, y, z, e0 slots, and I get this on the M112 command:


Driver registers:
X 0xC0:08:00:00
Y 0x00:00:00:00 Bad response!
Z 0x00:00:00:00 Bad response!
E 0x00:00:00:00 Bad response!


Testing X connection... OK
Testing Y connection... Error: All LOW
Testing Z connection... Error: All LOW
Testing E connection... Error: All LOW


Does anyone know what could be wrong? I have skr pro v1.1 board and v1.2 of the TMC2209 from Bigtreetech.

How do you compare TMC2208 vs TMC2209 in real world? i tried to buy an SKR V1.3 + TMC2209 but the last ones are out of stock until mid september. Aliexpress offered me TMC2208 V3.0 UART
