I was hospitalized the last few months of 2021. I’ve been crafting as a form of occupational therapy. This trifold has been my latest and most difficult project. Mind you I’m not using any actual printable kits, (only items I can grab around the house along with my old crafting items) so things are really rustic. But it’s been a really useful item to work on, particularly with the planning ahead, along with any ad lib. items I want to create along the way.

Just wanted to really say thank you for being a creator and sharing. This video series has been really helpful. It’s actively helping my fine motor skills along with my complex thinking, problem solving and organizational skills.

I am also a visual learner so I really enjoy these videos. I am new to not just journal making but crafting in general.
