Cinematic Lighting with the Pavotube 30C’s

In this cinematic lighting video, we use a set of Nanlite Pavotube 30C's to create cinematic lighting setups. In this video I cover how to use RGB lighting to create colour contrast, how to shoot product shots, how to use lighting to create depth, and most importantly, how to make your films look cinematic using lighting. It even includes a Joker Cinematography breakdown! There's a lot of information in this video, so it may require a couple of viewings!

The Nanlite Pavotube 30C's are similar to the incredibly popular Quasar Science tubes and Astera titant tube's that you have likely seen on a bunch of music video shoots, just at a much better price point.

You know when someone is a good filmmaker when even the behind the scenes looks like a movie.

Wow, these shots look absolutely stunning! Very impressed! I would have never guessed you filmed this in your living room.

The way you draw your arrows make them look like smiley faces, and I love that! =D
But in all seriousness, every frame of this video is absolutely stunning. It's truly amazing how much lighting can impact a shot, and you've applied it beautifully! ^-^

I work in Lighting for theatre and it's very interesting to see the correlations with use of front, side and backlight and how similar the process is to create stunning and effective lighting effects to film making! Especially when playing with the variations of colour and how they compliment each other, especially with haze. Nice job!
