Amount of apple reqd = 9.2/0.4 = 23 kg
Cost of 23 kg of apple = 23 * 2.50 = $ 57.5

Amount of ginger reqd = 0.4 / 0.1 = 4 kg
Cost of 4 kg ginger = 4 * 12 = $ 48

Amount of lemon reqd = 0.4/0.32 = 1.25 Kg
Cost of 1.25 kg of lemon = 5* 1.25 = $6.25

Total cost = 57.5 + 48 + 6.25
= $ 111.75 for 10 L of juice.

It is the answer to those people who think math is useless

Math in real life is addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. High school level Algebra? Nope. Geometry? Nope. Calculus? Nope. Trig? Nope.

Most of math we take beyond 7th grade simple algebra is worthless for the vast majority of professions. Programs like Excel, as mentioned in this video, do the "hard" math. Logarithms? Kaplan Meier Curves?

Stats, data analysis, business, and practical math is what we need to teach from age 14 on.
