Recipe:

Stuffed bao buns with minced meat 😌✨

Dough:
250gr flour
150gr lukewarm water
4gr dried yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
Pinch of salt

Filling:
About 600gr minced meat
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1,5 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons sweet paprika powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
2 tablespoons Sweet chili sauce

-let the dough rise voor 30min.
-divide the dough into pieces and fill with some filling. let it rise for 30 minutes.
put the buns on baking paper and put it in the steam pan or steam basket for 15 minutes.
