Thanks for the review, . I'm glad the two Ryobi's I got on sale for $99 saved the day and removed the lag bolts. You proved I made a good purchase!!!

Where can I find one? Rigid doesn’t seem to make it anymore. Had one on an old job, I wish I had one!

FYI Dave I know 3 different people who bought Ridgid and followed the registration to the T. All of them have had problems getting them to honor the agreement. One even worked at Depot at the time.

Is this a hydraulic impact? I hear those are quieter than traditional impactomundos.

Was this test a bit much for what is basically a homeowners, not a pro, tool?

I love this impact. That price is a steal!

It would be cool if you had a board and kept track of the times. Kind of like top gear does with the cars on their track. Every time you test a new tool, put a marker on the board in the place it finished. You’ve got a lot of different tools to test and it would be interesting to see how they all stacked up on the same test

For $100, I don't see anything to complain about. That looks like a nice impact driver.

i believe you have to register the tool/batteries for the warranty(there's only a certain amount of time like 90 days)

ridgid impacts have never had alot of speed but they have the torque to get the jobs done...most impacts are around 3000 rpm's and ridgid is around 2600-2700 except for the octane 6 mode impact which is 2900

Could you do VS ryobi brushed p234a more often as the majority of people are not PROs and dont have the brushless impact driver
Love your videos
Keep it up

I wouldn't waste my money on ridgid. I've owned many cordless ridgid tools. I build houses for a living and never had luck with any ridgid cordless tolls, complete junk. My issue has always been the heat. I work in florida and when your working these batteries get hot and wont work till they cool down. Even if you leave in your tool box and they get hot from the heat they wont work. Never had that issue with dewalt or Milwaukee.

Lifetime Warranty for tool, charger and battery but you must register all three and you don’t come to Home Depot for warranty, please read warranty card!!Too many people come to my Store wanting me to give them a new tool for a 5, 10, 15 year old tool to replace!!Home Depot does not replace tools, only Husky Products, ratchets etc!!
